Six practices,one engineering team.

Most engagements draw on more than one of these. They are listed separately because they are scoped and priced separately, not because they are delivered by separate teams.

01

Software Engineering

Most companies reach a point where packaged software starts costing more than it saves — in workarounds, in manual reconciliation, in the reports nobody trusts. That is the point where a system built around your own processes pays for itself.

We design and build backend platforms, internal tools and integration layers: the parts of the business that have to be correct rather than merely presentable. Work is delivered in reviewable increments, with automated tests and documentation that survives the handover.

What you get

Technical discovery and solution architecture
Backend platforms, APIs and integration layers
Automated test suites and CI pipelines
Documentation and knowledge transfer to your team

02

Mobile & Web Applications

An application is judged in its first few seconds — how quickly it loads, whether it works on a mid-range phone, whether it makes sense without a manual. We build for those seconds first, then for the years of maintenance that follow.

Web products, native and cross-platform mobile apps, and the backends behind them. Accessibility and performance budgets are agreed before the first screen is designed, not audited after launch.

What you get

iOS and Android applications, native or cross-platform
Progressive web applications and customer portals
Design systems and reusable component libraries
App store submission and release management

03

IT Consulting

We are brought in most often for one of three reasons: a system that has become too expensive to change, a decision between platforms that nobody can settle internally, or a project that needs an outside opinion before more budget is committed.

The output is a written assessment with prioritised recommendations and honest effort estimates — including, where it applies, the recommendation to change nothing. We have no software to resell, so the advice is not steering you toward a licence.

What you get

Architecture and codebase assessment
Technology selection and vendor evaluation
Modernisation and migration roadmaps
Prioritised written recommendations with effort estimates

04

Cloud & DevOps

Deployment should be the least interesting part of the week. We build the pipelines and infrastructure that make releases unremarkable: reproducible environments, automated rollbacks, and alerting that reaches a person before it reaches a customer.

Cloud migrations are planned around the constraint that matters most to you — cost, latency, or data residency — rather than around a preferred vendor.

What you get

Infrastructure as code on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and rollback
Containerisation and orchestration
Monitoring, logging and incident alerting

05

Data & AI

Useful analytics begins with unglamorous work: pipelines that run reliably, definitions everyone agrees on, and numbers that reconcile. We do that first, because a dashboard built on unreliable data is worse than no dashboard.

Where machine learning genuinely outperforms a simpler approach, we build and deploy it — with the evaluation that proves it does. Where it does not, we say so.

What you get

Data pipelines, warehousing and quality monitoring
Reporting and analytics interfaces
Machine learning models with documented evaluation
LLM-based assistants and document processing

06

Managed IT Support

Software does not stop needing attention at launch. Dependencies age, certificates expire, traffic patterns change, and the person who understood the deployment leaves.

We take on the running of business-critical systems under a defined service agreement: monitoring, patching, backup verification, and a named point of contact who already knows your stack.

What you get

Service agreements with defined response times
Proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance
Security patching and dependency updates
Backup verification and recovery testing
