What this policy covers
This policy explains what FITSPHERE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - FZCO collects when you use fitsphere.ae, why, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only.
Who to contact
FITSPHERE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - FZCO is the controller responsible for the data described in this policy. You can reach us by email at info@fitsphere.ae or by post at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, together with the message you write and the service you select.
When you submit the form we also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, and the time it was received. These are used to detect automated abuse and are included in the notification sent to our team.
We ask before using anything beyond what running this site requires — see 'Cookies and analytics' below. This site sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of what was discussed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to our own address on the fitsphere.ae domain and stored in that mailbox.
If the email fails to send, the submission is written to a log file on our hosting so that your enquiry is not lost. Those entries are reviewed and removed once the enquiry has been answered.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as the business relationship or its record requires, and no longer than 24 months for enquiries that do not lead to a project.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@fitsphere.ae, or use our contact page, and we will respond within 30 days.
Apps we build and manage
Alongside this website, FitSphere designs, builds and operates software applications. Where we build or maintain an application for a client, that client is responsible for its own users' data under the terms of our engagement with them — this policy does not extend to those applications.
FitSphere also operates its own applications: [[PLACEHOLDER: name(s), platform(s), and what data each one collects]]. Each such application has, or will have, its own privacy notice describing what it collects and why, which takes precedence over this page for that application.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
