Engineering the systemsyour businessruns on.
FitSphere builds custom software, mobile and web applications, and the infrastructure underneath them — for companies whose systems have outgrown what packaged products can do.
01 — What we do
Six practices, one engineering team.
Based in Dubai
Working across the GCC and beyond, in your timezone.
Engineering-led
Built by the people who will maintain it, not handed off.
Vendor-neutral
No software to resell, so no advice bent toward a licence.
01
Software Engineering
Custom platforms built around how your business actually works, not around the limits of off-the-shelf software.

02 — How we work
A process you canaudit.
Four stages, each with a written output you can hold us to. No stage begins before the previous one is signed off.
- 01
Discover
We start with your constraints rather than our preferences: what the system has to do, what it must integrate with, what the real budget and deadline are. The output is a written scope with an effort estimate you can hold us to.
- 02
Design
Architecture, data model and interfaces are agreed before implementation begins. Decisions are written down with their reasoning, so the choices still make sense to whoever reads them in two years.
- 03
Build
Delivery happens in reviewable increments, each one tested and demonstrable. You see working software early and often, which is the only reliable way to catch a misunderstanding while it is still cheap.
- 04
Operate
Launch is a milestone, not an ending. We hand over documentation and training, and stay on for monitoring and maintenance for as long as you want us to.
03 — Technology
Chosen for the problem, not for the résumé.
The stack follows from the problem: what it has to integrate with, who will maintain it, where it has to run. That is why the list below is long, and the answer for any one project is short.

You own everything
Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours from the first commit. No proprietary runtime, no licence that holds your data hostage.
Written estimates
Scope and effort are agreed in writing before work starts. When something changes, you get a revised estimate before the change is made, not after.
Tested by default
Automated tests ship with the code. It is not an upsell line item, because untested software is not finished software.
Handover that holds
Your team gets documentation and training. If you decide to bring the work in-house, you are able to.
05 — Sectors
Where these problems show up.
Finance
Systems where correctness is auditable and downtime is measured in money.
Logistics
Tracking, routing and integration across partners who all use different formats.
Retail & E-commerce
Storefronts, inventory and the integrations that keep the two in agreement.
Real Estate
Listing platforms, property management tools and CRM integration.
Healthcare
Patient-facing applications built to the confidentiality standards the sector requires.
Public Sector
Citizen services and internal platforms with strict accessibility obligations.
Tell us what is not working.
Describe the problem in a few sentences. We will tell you whether we are the right people for it — including when we are not.
